Handbag Fairy Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble returns policy.  Under Distance Selling Regulations we are obliged to give you 7 days to return an unwanted item. We think this is too short! - therefore we are giving you double the time to return an unwanted item.

Simply return the item to us within 14 days unused and in the original packaging and you will be provided with a full refund (excluding P&P).

(NB Gift wrapping fees will not be refunded)

Faults Policy

In the rare event that your item is faulty we will do everything we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.Please email returns@handbagfairy.co.uk

All faults must be returned to Handbag Fairy HQ for inspection before any refund will be issued.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.  Once deemed to be faulty you will be offered a full refund or replacement (depending on availability).  We will cover the cost of P & P back to us.

Cancelling your Order

If you have placed your order and paid for it but have decided you would like to cancel it please email us immediately, we will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible provided the item has not been sent out.
