We quote 2-3 days but it is often quicker. Please note our Italian leather bags do take between 7-10 working days - this, as you probably guessed, is because they come from Italy!

Open - We promise to be open, transparent and honest at all times. If an item is out of stock we'll tell you. If we've made a mistake we'll tell you. If we've done something wonderful we'll tell you! We want to build relationships with our customers based on you putting your trust in us. 

Personable - We want you to know that if you have a query, a complaint or even some praise, a real person will be waiting for you at the end of the phone, an email, via our LiveChat software, on our Facebook page or via Twitter. We don't have high tech robots answering your queries, we can't afford 'em, nope, we just have good old fashioned humans waiting at the UK based Handbag Fairy HQ to speak to you.

If you're not happy with your product for any reason whatsoever just let us know and once the product is returned to us we will refund you in full.

We know that buying online is a bit of a gamble, no matter how many pictures or shiny videos you see, you won't have the experience of being touchy feely with our products until they arrive through your letter box. We promise that we will only sell products that are of the highest quality and that we love. We will describe our products in the best possible way to help you make the most informed decision. If you need to know something that we have not mentioned, like “Will this handbag be able to stay on my shoulder when I'm dancing to Kylie in a packed nightclub?” then just ask us!
